ITALIAN BISCUIT ROLL-UPS 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Brown beef and onion, add spaghetti sauce, stir and add tomato sauce. Turn heat to low and let simmer while preparing crust.

Mix 2 cups Bisquick, 3 tablespoons melted butter and 1/3 cup cold water, stir with fork to soft dough stage. Beat 20 strokes, knead on floured surface 8 to 10 times. Roll out to 12"x8" rectangle. Remove meat mixture from heat and spread 1 1/2 to 2 cups evenly over dough. Start at narrow edge and roll in jelly roll fashion, seal edge and cut in 1" thick slices. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in 425 degree oven 12 to 15 minutes. While that is cooking, blend 3/4 cup water with remaining meat mixture and heat. When roll ups are done, spoon sauce over 2 for a serving and top with grated cheese.
