CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 1/2 lb. pork and beef, ground once
1 lg. head cabbage
Salt & Pepper
1 lb. box Minute Rice
1 onion
1 lg. can tomato juice

Saute onion in 1 tablespoon shortening. Mix together first five ingredients. Scald cabbage until leaves come apart. Place large spoon on mix on cabbage leaf and roll up. Line bottom of pan with sliced cabbage leaves, place rolls on top, cover with tomato juice and water to cover. Simmer for 2 1/2 hours.
