STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. cooked rice
1 sm. onion, grated
4 cans tomato sauce
1 head cabbage
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. lemon juice
Toothpicks

Combine first 6 ingredients with 1 can tomato sauce. Let sit. Boil cabbage until leaves come apart easily. Drain. Place equal amounts of meat mixture on each leaf, fasten with toothpicks. Brown in oil. Mix remaining tomato sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice. Pour over rolls and simmer for 1-1 1/2 hours. Basting occasionally.
