ZUCCHINI JAM 
4 c. grated zucchini
2 3/4 c. white sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
1 lg. pkg. peach Jello
1 lg. pkg. apricot Jello
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Boil 10 minutes and cool overnight. Next day add: Jellos, lemon juice. Boil 10 minutes and put in jar.
