ZUCCHINI JAM 
6 c. shredded zucchini
6 c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 pkg. Sure-Jel
6 oz. pkg. Jello (any flavor you like; strawberry is great!)

Cook zucchini. Bring to boil. Cook 6 minutes. Add sugar, pineapple and lemon juice. Boil hard for 2 minutes. Sprinkle Sure-Jel on. Add Jello. Mix. Put in jars. Use paraffin wax on top.
