JELLO ZUCCHINI JAM 
6 c. grated zucchini

Put in large kettle and add:

6 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Boil 10 minutes. Add 1 large can crushed pineapple (drain off a little juice). Boil 10 minutes. Add 2 packages apricot or any flavored Jello. Stir thoroughly and put in jars and freeze. Makes 8 jelly jars.
