GRILLED CORN ON THE COB
Husk and clean six ears of corn. Put 1 cob each on heavy duty foil paper with 1 tbsp water and cover corn with melted butter. Wrap very tightly so it will not leak.

The trick now is to put on a Gas Grill on medium heat with the cover down over INDIRECT HEAT for about 45 minutes.

By putting on indirect heat, there is no need to turn the corn as it will not burn.

The corn is superb! Easy and so good.

Grilled Corn on the Cob

Don't husk it! Keep it in the husk, just clear away the fibers hanging off the outside of the husk so they don't burn. But. By leaving the corn in the husk and grilling it that way will naturally steam the corn inside the husk making the corn much much sweeter. :)

Keeping the husk on the corn does not make it sweeter. The kernels contain their sugar and fresh picked corn has the highest sugar content. This is a great way to cook corn on the cob. I rubbed the corn with butter before placing it in foil.
