ZUCCHINI JAM 
3 c. ground zucchini
3 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 sm. pkg. Jello (orange or pineapple)
1/4 pkg. Sure Jell (opt.)

Bring zucchini, sugar, salt and pineapple to boil; then add Jello. Mix well and keep at a boil for 2 minutes. If too soft, add Sure Jell. Put in hot jars and seal. Makes about 4 pints.
