ZUCCHINI JAM | |
6 c. zucchini, peeled and chopped 5 c. sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot gelatin Add 1 cup water to zucchini, bring to boil for 6 minutes. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple. Boil for 6 more minutes. Add apricot gelatin and boil 6 more minutes. Seal in jelly glasses and pint jars. |
