BAKED PASTA DIABLO
This is my secret recipe: penne pasta tossed with chicken, Italian sausage, Pasta sauce and ricotta, topped with Parmesan, mozzarella and baked.

Sauce:

2 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. ricotta
2 tbsp. butter
4 cloves garlic crushed
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 jar pasta sauce (or make your own)
1 Italian sausage
2 boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced

Mix all together and simmer while pasta cooks.

Pasta:

1 lb. penne pasta
1 tbsp. olive oil

Boil pasta until done then mix sauce and pasta together and put in baking dish. Top with Parmesan and mozzarella and bake at 375°F until cheese is melted and browned.

Let stand for 20 minutes and enjoy.

This is really good, if you like spicy foods. With all the spice the dish definitely has a kick to it, but I really enjoyed it! Adding to my recipes- Thanks

Delicious--my 16 yr old son just loved it. I reduced the cayenne pepper a bit; a great, spicy flavor.

Went with Italian sweet sausage instead of Hot and more sausage and no chicken, it rocked.

Far too spicy. Recipe needs a warning. Cut chili powder and cayenne pepper to 25% and that's plenty for the average palette.
