HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. chicken breasts, cubed
2 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped celery
4 boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. onion
2 sm. pimentos, chopped

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1 c. grated cheese
2/3 c. toasted chop almonds

Mix the above ingredients. Spread in 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Mix the topping and sprinkle over top of chicken. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
