HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
1 c. slivered almonds
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Accent
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. lemon juice

TOPPING:

1 c. grated cheese (Kraft Cracker Barrel, mellow)
1 c. crushed potato chips

Toss first 7 ingredients listed above and put into a baking dish. Top with cheese and chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 10. Steam chicken to keep dark meat light, cut with kitchen shears.
