HOT BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
4 boneless breasts of chicken
6 stalks celery, diced
1/2 c. pecan pieces
Mayonnaise
Curry powder
Salt to taste
Potato chips

Cook and dice chicken. Add chicken, celery, pecans and mayonnaise (should be slightly wet).

Add curry powder to taste. Salt is optional. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. During last 5-10 minutes, add crumbled potato chips.
