BROCCOLI & CHICKEN BAKE 
4 chicken breasts
2 sm. pkg. broccoli spears
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine last 4 ingredients to make sauce.

Boil chicken 1 hour and debone. Boil broccoli until tender. Arrange chicken and broccoli in 8 x 10 inch baking dish. Cover with sauce. Coat bread crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle crumbs and cheese over sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
