CHEESY CHICKEN BAKE 
6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 can fried onion rings
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Taylor Lake County White Wine

Melt butter; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with season salt and add black pepper to taste. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Turn chicken; add wine and mushrooms and bake for 20 more minutes. Take off foil. Add fried onion rings and cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
