CHEESY BAKED CHICKEN 
6 slices slightly dry bread
4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
Salt and pepper and garlic
3/4 c. butter, melted
2 to 3 lb. frying chicken

Break 1 slice bread into 4 pieces. Drop into blender or food processor. Add 1/4 of the cubed cheese. Blend on low until fine, then turn into a bowl; repeat for remaining bread and cheese. Add seasonings and mix. Dip chicken into melted butter and then into cheese mixture. Arrange in a 9 x 12 inch baking dish, drizzle with remaining butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
