CHEESY CHICKEN BAKE 
8 chicken breasts (boneless)
8 slices Swiss cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. white wine, or sherry or milk (your preference)
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix

Place chicken breasts in baking dish. Place a slice of Swiss cheese over each piece. Mix both cans of soup with the wine and pour over the chicken and cheese. Cover with the stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

Good dish BUT it takes much longer than 30-40 min to cook at 350! Depending on chicken thickness of course but at 350°F give it 50-60 minutes.
