CHEESY CHICKEN BAKE 
3 c. diced chicken
8 oz. wide lasagna noodles, cooked
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. onion
3 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. pimento, chopped
1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Saute green pepper, onion and butter. Heat together milk, pimento, cottage cheese, cheeses, and soup. Be sure the cheeses are melted. Half layer chicken; then noodles, then cheese sauce. Repeat the other half. Top with buttered toasted bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
