HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. salt

Blend. 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. almonds, sliced, chopped 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese 1 c. crushed potato chips (top)

Blend first 5 ingredients. Add remainder. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with cheese and potato chips. Bake 400 degrees 15 minutes.
