NINA'S HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. chopped cooked chicken
4 c. celery, cut fine
1 c. slivered almonds
4 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. Accent
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Toss chilled chicken and all ingredients together and place in long greased casserole dish. Cover with 2 cups crushed potato chips just before baking. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 8.
