1 lb. imitation crab meat
3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix crab meat and bread crumbs in a bowl. In another bowl mix egg, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Mix into the crab mixture. Form into patties and fry in olive oil till just golden.
