HOT CHICKEN SALAD III 
2 c. cubed white meat
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. toasted split almonds
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. minced onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. crumbled potato chips

Mix mayonnaise, onion and lemon juice and add to chicken, celery and almonds; mix well. Place in buttered casserole and top with cheese and chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serves 4.
