fresh strawberries
1 pkg. strawberry jello
1 cup water
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup sugar
2 frozen pie shells
Cool Whip, for topping

Bake pie shells as directed.

In a saucepan, add water, cornstarch and sugar and cook until clear. Stir then add 1 package of strawberry jello. Allow to cool a little, then add 1 cup strawberries. Stir then pour into baked pie shells.

Put Cool Whip over top. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
