GRANDMA BESSIE'S CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
3 c. chicken, cooked, diced
3 c. celery, diced, sauteed in butter
3 c. rice, cooked (1 c. raw)
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. butter
Crushed potato chips on top

Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or if made ahead and refrigerated, increase baking time to 1 hour. Serves 12. Adjust or eliminate.
