GRANDMA VON BANK'S CHICKEN WINGS 
3 to 4 lbs. chicken wings
1/3 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. white sugar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. brown cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 cloves ginger

Mix ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Disjoint wings, discard tips and put with marinade in a non-metallic pan in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Place in one layer in a shallow pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
