DEWBERRY PIE | |
1 (9 or 10 inch) unbaked pie shell 4 c. dewberries, fresh or frozen 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs, well beaten 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. sour cream CRUMB TOPPING: 8 tbsp. flour 8 tbsp. sugar 4 tbsp. butter Mix until crumbly. Cover bottom of pie shell with berries. Pour combined sugar, eggs, flour, and sour cream over berries. Cover with topping. Bake at 350 degrees until topping has browned and pie has thickened; about 45 minutes to an hour. |
