PEANUT BUTTER CHEESE BALL 
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
3 to 4 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Add more milk if desired, for a creamier texture. Shape mixture into a ball; roll in peanuts.

Chill several hours or overnight. Serve with apple wedges or whole wheat crackers. Yield 3 1/3 cups.
