SHOO FLY PIE 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. milk

Combine and divide between 3 (9 inch) pie dishes.

SYRUP:

2 c. boiling water
2 c. molasses
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vinegar

Mix water with molasses. Dissolve baking soda in vinegar, add to syrup. Divide between 3 crusts.

CRUMBS:

4 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. Crisco

Blend to make crumbs and sprinkle on top of each. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
