MARINATED LONDON BROIL 
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. parsley
Dash of cayenne
1 clove garlic, minced
1 flank steak, 1-1 1/2 lb.

Mix first 10 ingredients and pour over flank steak. Marinate steak for 24 hours. When ready to serve, lightly grease broiler and heat. Broil steak 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Baste with marinate when you turn the meat. Slice across the grain in long thin strips, at 45 degree angle. This is always a favorite of family and guests. Great done under the broiler or on the grill.
