BEEF LONDON BROIL (MARINATE) 
1 c. ketchup
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. red cooking wine
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. pepper

Sprinkle meat with seasoned salt. Marinate 24 hours. Serves 6 to 8.
