MARINATED LONDON BROIL 
1 (4 lb.) beef round, London broil cut
1 pkg. bleu cheese salad dressing mix (I use Good Seasons)
3 tbsp. olive or salad oil
3 tbsp. red wine

Combine salad mix, olive oil and wine. Spread mixture over both sides of meat; marinate 30 minutes. Barbecue outdoors (or broil indoors) until done to desired degree. Slice diagonally, thin. Good served with baked potato with sour cream, asparagus vinaigrette, rolls and light dessert.
