CHICKEN-BROCCOLI BAKE DISH 
3 1/2 - 4 lb. chicken, cooked & boned
1 pkg. (bag) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, drained & sliced thin
1 can French onion rings

Place broccoli in a well greased 8"x12" or 9"x13" baking dish or pan. Cut chicken meat into large pieces and spread evenly over the broccoli. Slice Velveeta cheese into 1/8" slices and spread evenly over the entire layered chicken and broccoli. Mix soup and mayonnaise and spread over the Velveeta cheese. Sprinkle sliced water chestnuts over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven, cover top with the onion rings and return to the oven. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer.
