TURKEY BAKE STUFFING HOT DISH 
1 can evaporated milk
3 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. bread stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. chicken or turkey
2 c. (or 1 lb.) mozzarella cheese
2 stalks celery
1 whole stalk broccoli
1/2 tsp. thyme

1st: Heat 3/4 cup of milk and butter until hot and pour over stuffing. Pat half of stuffing in 9 x 13 inch pan (save the rest for top).

2nd: Mix soup, rest of milk, turkey, cheese, celery, broccoli and thyme. Mix all together. Put on top of stuffing, then add rest of stuffing on top.

Cook broccoli and celery together, boil good until tender.
