ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
10 corn tortillas
Picante sauce
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
10 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown beef, onions then drain. Tear tortillas into pieces. Mix all other ingredients together. Bake in a 9x13 pan at 375 degrees until cheese is melted and center is hot.
