ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
15 oz. tomato sauce
12 corn tortillas
1 med. green pepper, chopped
16 oz. Ranch Style beans
1 c. picante sauce
2 c. grated cheese

Brown meat with onion, pepper and garlic. Drain. Add beans, tomato sauce and picante sauce. Simmer 15 minutes. Spoon small amount into 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Spread around to coat the bottom of pan. Top with 6 tortillas, overlap to cover bottom layer. Add half of remaining meat. Cover with tortillas. Add rest of meat and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and add cheese. Bake 5 more minutes.
