MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
60 Ritz crackers, finely crushed
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can unsweetened frozen orange juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained

Mix cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Press mixture firmly into 9 x 13 inch pan, reserving some crumbs for top. Blend thawed orange juice with milk. Fold in Cool Whip and oranges, do not beat. Pour mixture over crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate or freeze until serving.
