LO - FAT CHERRY CHEESE TART 
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. lo-fat plain yogurt
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
12 graham cracker tarts
Cherry or blueberry pie filling lite

Mix softened cream cheese with yogurt. Add lemon juice and whip on high a few minutes. Add vanilla extract. Beat a few more minutes and divide among tarts and top with light cherry or blueberry pie filling.
