POTATO SALAD PHILLY STYLE 
Desired amt. of potatoes, cooked & cubed (6 or 7)
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped red onion
1/2 c. finely chopped yellow onion
1/2 c. plain lowfat yogurt
1/4 c. low calorie mayonnaise or 1/2 c. mayonnaise type sandwich spread
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. cubed salad pickles
Salt, pepper to taste
Dash of sugar
Hard-cooked eggs

Combine potatoes, celery, onions. Combine yogurt with remaining ingredients. Add to potato mixture. Cut in chopped hard-boiled eggs. Toss lightly, chill well.
