WEDGED BAKED POTATOES 
4 med. baking potatoes or 6 sm. red ones, quartered
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt

Mix oil and seasonings in a cereal bowl. Dip the potatoes in the mixture until they are completely coated. Put on microwave dish and bake for 8 to 10 minutes (depending on size of potatoes and the microwave) and turn them about half way through. You may want to add a bit more Parmesan about 2 minutes before they are done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
