MONICA'S BAKED POTATO WEDGES | |
4 or 5 red potatoes, washed and cut into wedges (do not peel) olive oil black pepper garlic powder Adobo seasoning (Goya) Sazón seasoning Adobo and Sazón are generally found in the Hispanic section of your grocery store. Preheat oven to 350°F. First wash the potatoes and dry. Then cut into wedges and place in a bowl with lid. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle seasonings over wedges: black pepper, garlic powder, Adobo and Sazón and continue to mix to make sure they are fully coated. Cover bowl with lid and shake well. Transfer coated wedges to a baking sheet skin side down. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes depending on the size of the wedges. Submitted by: Monica Estrada |
