CHICKEN DINNER IN A SKILLET 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 rib celery
3 lg. carrots
3 sm. potatoes
2 green onions
1/4 c. chicken broth
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt or salt substitute
Dried parsley flakes
Pepper

In a cast iron skillet (or you can use a glass round dish sprayed with vegetable spray), put 1/4 cup chicken broth or 1/4 cup water. Lay chicken breasts in skillet and sprinkle desired spices (except parsley flakes) on chicken.

Next, put sliced carrots, celery and potatoes. Sprinkle parsley flakes and other spices on top. Cook in covered skillet at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
