MOM'S SKILLET DINNER 
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. Pet (or regular) milk
1/3 c. rolled oats
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix above and form in small balls. Brown in large pan in 2 tablespoons shortening. Add 1 cup sliced onions. Brown. Add 2 cups diced potatoes to same dish. Add 1 tablespoon salt and pepper. Add 1 cup water or bean juice. Cover; cook 15 minutes or when potatoes are done. Add 2 cups drained green beans.
