DINNER IN A SKILLET 
1/2 lb. ground beef, ham or chicken
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Few grains pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. Puritan oil
1 can condensed tomato or mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cooked or canned mixed vegetables
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine first 8 ingredients. Shape into small meatballs. Roll in flour. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat about 3 minutes. Fry meatballs about 10 minutes. When brown arrange around sides of skillet. Pour condensed soup and milk, which have been mixed together, in center of skillet. Add drained vegetables and salt. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes.
