CHOCOLATE COVERED CHERRY CAKE 
3 eggs, beaten
1 can Cherry Pie filling
1 tsp. almond extract
1 box Devils Food cake mix, dry

Frosting:

5 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 - 6 oz. package chocolate chips

Mix first four ingredients by hand and pour into 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or more until done (toothpick test). Cook butter, sugar and evaporated milk over medium heat until boiling. Boil for 1 minute. Add chocolate chips and cook until melted. Pour over hot cake. Makes 12 servings.
