FLAUTAS 
24 count pack of corn tortillas
2 slices meat (steak)
Pepper
Salt
Oil
Salsa
Tooth picks
Sour Cream

Cook meat with salt and pepper in boiling water until done. Cool meat and blend it. Warm tortillas in microwave.

Take small amount of meat and roll it in the warm tortilla and secure with a toothpick. When all tortillas are rolled and secured fry them in hot oil till crisp.

Serve with salsa and sour cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
