CHICKEN & VEGGIE FLAUTA SNACKS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar or taco cheese, shredded
1 c. cooked chicken, finely chopped
1 c. fresh broccoli, finely chopped
3/4 c. picante sauce
1/4 c. green onions, thinly sliced
12 flour tortillas (7 to 8 inch)
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Sour cream & extra salsa (optional)

Combine first 5 ingredients. Brush one side of each tortilla lightly with melted butter. Place 1/4 cup meat mixture down center of unbuttered side of tortilla. Roll up. Place seam side down on foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 475 degree oven 14 to 16 minutes, until golden brown and crisp. Serve with sour cream and extra salsa. Makes 1 dozen appetizers.
