BEER BATTER FOR FISH 
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1 c. sifted flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. paprika

Pour beer into bowl. Sift flour, salt and paprika into beef. Stir until creamy. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice. Cover with flour and then batter. Fry in oil until brown.
