BATTER FOR FISH | |
3 c. Krustez Baking Mix, or Grist Mill Flour 1 c. cornmeal 3 tsp. seasoning salt 1 1/2 tsp. paprika 3 tsp. poultry seasoning 3 tsp. blackened seasoning "Cajuns Choice" Mix all ingredients well. Use whatever amount you think is needed. Make a batter using water. A rather thin batter seems to work better for me. Dip the pieces of fish and either deep fry or pan fry until golden brown. |
