1 lg. head cabbage
butter
Garlic salt or powder
Aluminum foil

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cut cabbage into wedges. Place cabbage pieces on foil. Place 1 tablespoon of butter on top of cabbage. Top with garlic salt or powder, and seal tightly. Bake on cookie sheet about 30 to 45 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Serve hot.

Also takes great done on the grill.
