“CABBAGE CHEESE BAKE” IS IN:

CABBAGE CHEESE BAKE 
2 c. coarsely cut cabbage
1/2 tsp. sea salt
3/4 c. grated cheddar or any preferred cheese
Dash of pepper
1 c. light cream or half and half
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Combine cabbage with cheese and light cream or half and half. Add salt and pepper and pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 35 minutes.

Servings: 4
